The Non-Competitive Philosophy

The sole/soul purpose of The Non-Competitive Philosophy is to allow an individual or performer to compete with oneself and not another.

The Philosophy encourages each performer to ask the question, "What will it take to improve all aspects of my life performance?"

Competing with yourself is the highest level of personal and professional accountability. It instills greater self-belief, which perpetuates stronger self-confidence and self-esteem.

Why do you seek validation from others in order to feel worthy?

Intuitively, you know when you are performing well or not as well. The minute you listen and trust your own truth about your performance, you immediately lose the need for external validation.

Once you grasp this non-competitive concept and take the appropriate action steps to self-validate, others will witness this subtle transformation and will naturally validate it too.

Shannon Bachynski's book, Life is a Dance, shares the success of dancers and other individuals who have made the best of themselves by following The Non-Competitive Philosophy.
